I show how to dismantle an XBOX 360 console all the way down to the motherboard in it’s shell. Things youu will need: T9 Torx screw driver. (Flat head CAN be used but WILL be more difficult. Skinny poking tool (seriously anything will do if it fits the holes) The courage to break your warrenty (it’s the sticker on the front under the faceplate) Beef Jerky As I mention in the video, this particular XBOX 360 came from a friend who had already tried to fix it and left some parts out when he reasembled it. The parts not shown in the video are the eject button (extremely simple to remove and needs no instruction by me) and the fan shroud. The fan shroud will be a funnel type white plastic piece inside the XBOX that takes the air from the processors to the fans and out of the machine. You can’t miss it. Part of the shroud fits underneath the DVD tray so take the DVD tray out and then the fan shroud should easily pop out of position.
