should use olive oil, instead of the fat from duck and no butter, and then thicken with corn flour
and casting sugar/ salt/ cracked pepper

Good job. This might be good with an apricot reduction as well. Maybe with a bit of good balsamic–just a thought. Anyway, I agree with the previous comment on the reduction. I like mine much thicker. Love your videos, by the way.

And also you can add a bit more the corn flour.

I love u guys…. But I think orange sauce should’ve been thicker. Simply boil it down to get the right consistency and add more butter to bind.
