Venice IMAC 2009

The 9th Annual Venice IMAC CD’s Paul Cormier and Bob Shapiro. Location Venice RC, Venice Florida. Date 14th and 15th of March 2009 Overall, there were 34 pilots flying in the Venice Imac contest. In no particular order they were: Ben Selock, Alan Cook, Jose Guzman, Steve Rogan, Dowd Kieslich, Joe Millette, Cock, Christopher Keene, Ryan Keene, Brian Luckett, John Schroder, Andy Kane, Alex Miller, Vernon Smith, Jose Alvarado, Forrest Waller, Gregory Baggerly, Parker Gilbert, George Brod, Jim Hess, Luiz Bosch, Mariano Barrios Jr, Phillip Berderka, Dave Ortmayer, Alvaro Yanquas, Matt Scott, Michael Jackson, Chris Kersey, Butch Hall, Kevin Wilson, Monty Huff, Sergio Schinoff, Ramon Dezubiria and Bill Kersey. These pilots flew a grand total of 520 judged sequences. This contest was flown according to modified rules. Jose Guzman won the Basic class. There were 7 pilots in Basic. The winning order was: (1) Jose Guzman, (2) Joe Millette, (3) Steve Rogan, (4) Christopher Keene, (5) Ryan Keene, (6) Dowd Kieslich and (7) Cock. They flew 8 known sequences (4 rounds). The scores ranged from a low of 4294.7 to a high of 6000 (a range of 1705.3 points). Parker Gilbert won the Sportsman class. There were 16 pilots in Sportsman. The winning order was: (1) Parker Gilbert, (2) Mariano Barrios Jr, (3) Forrest Waller, (4) Matt Scott, (5) Alex Miller, (6) Alvaro Yanquas, (7) Luiz Bosch, (8) George Brod, (9) Chris Kersey, (10) Gregory Baggerly, (11) Jim Hess, (12) Dave Ortmayer, (13) Phillip

Each “Inside Out” duck goose waterfowl hunting webisode will be an inside look at what goes on at the RNT shop allowing you to get to know the RNT personalities. “Inside Out” content will range from funny stories, daily shop activities, duck and goose calling contests, personal stories of fellow waterfowlers, duck and goose calling tips and duck goose hunting tactics for pursuing Mallards Speck’s, Canada Geese, Snow Geese and much more.
