22″ NEW RIVER SMALLMOUTH ON THE FLY – “FAVORITE LITTLE SPOT”

Shenanadoah Riverkeeper Jay Krumbles (aka Jeff Kelble), Mossy Creek Fly Fishing Guide Colby Trow (aka the big missa), and New River Outdoor Co’s own Britt Stoudenmire strike the stream in poke of those big, flyrod brand new stream smallmouths in early September, 2009. Jay is held on video with a smallmouth he recognizes from about 5 years (yeh right)!!!

Posted by: | CommentsOk i am from Europe and at slightest half of the athletes have been different to me given 95% of them have been Americans from sports that have been not renouned here similar to ball and football (American) but if i had to collect one this would be possibly Ingemar Johansson or Roger Bannister the usually Europeans that were declared America’s athletes of the year ( i consternation how,this is not true for USA sports?)

Posted by: | CommentsI track deer with crawl and rifle, black bear with crawl and track moose with the crawl usually means the tags have been simpler which approach 3 of us went up north final deteriorate and got a good cow with the crawl next to which we seen 9 moose out of crawl range.
The small diversion sport dosen’t get my heart going as most but i do love using my beagles in the fox coop for competition.

Posted by: | Commentsout of the typical camping deserts and how you have it i meant you regularly have the normal smores how cant you? right away we regularly used to have banana boats: take a banana in the skin cut it down the center put marshmallows and Hershey chocolate in the center of the banna hang in foil and throw on the glow mmmm mmm soooo good!

CAMP FIRE FRIDAY: PAGANS, WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE SEASONAL RECIPE?

For those celebrating Imbolc or Groundhog’s Day or anything else, I goal it’s wonderful.
My the one preferred winter plate is still kolache.
1/2 c. butter, softened
3 oz. thickk thickk cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 c. all role flour
1/4 c. strawberry jam
1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
Cream butter and thickk thickk cream cheese in middle blending bowl, kick until light and fluffy. Add flour, blending well. Roll mix to 1/8 in. density on a easily floured surface, cut with a 2 in. turn cookie cutter. Place 2 inches detached on easily greased cookie sheet. Spoon 1/4 teaspoon jam on each cookie. Fold conflicting sides together, somewhat overlapping edges. Bake at 375 degrees for fifteen minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Makes about 2 dozen.
