Summer Bucket List ideas?
Posted by: | CommentsIm a guy and im 16. Me and my friend were thinking one day, “why not make a summer bucket list?” So here i am and i cant think of anything to do. Here is my list so far
1.Make a homemade hot tub and chill in it at night
2.Scream at the top of your lungs
3.Camp overnight somewhere random and build a fire
4.Catch a fish and cook it
5.Long-board in Downtown Sycamore
6.Ask a girl out of your league on a date
7.Catch fireflies in a jar and use it as a flash light
8.Make a boat and fish in my pond
9.Learn to freestyle rap
10.Climb a tree and eat in it
11.Make every meal over a fire for one day
12.Make a song with the ukulele and bongos
13.Stay up to watch the sunset and sunrise
14.Make a multilayer cake
15.Send a message in a bottle

Play dish soap twister at night in warmth.
Meet summer studs.

Drive to Medford and go shopping.
Buy a car.
Get my licence
Have a ‘picture day’.
Make a music video.
Go swimming at an odd hour in the night.
Have a Hershey Syrup fight.
Order diet water from every fast food place in town with a British Accent.
Go all day wearing a fake mustache.
Pull an all nighter.
Sleep under the stars.
Meet three random people.
Carve my name into a tree.

Paint the inside of a house.

Cool ideas instead of Cross Country Camp?
Posted by: | CommentsSo every year our high school cross country team takes a trip to a cabin near the lake and we hang out there for a couple days. We run a lot, just sit around, talk about girls, make fires, that kind of thing. Anyway we can’t go this year because of a confusion about reserving a spot and are stuck with nothing. Any good ideas for something fun to do with the team for the week besides that? It can be at home or a trip somewhere if it’s reasonable and easy to do short notice.

Camp food ideas to make over a fire 10 points best answer?My 10 year wedding anniversary is coming up, and I have been thinking about having a party to commemorate/celebrate. I am specifically looking for inexpensive ideas that cut costs but still provide for a fun time.
Also, I have thought about trying to do a combo party with my sister (she got married a few months after me, so we could split the difference). Has anyone done something like that? We obviously have many of the same family members, but different groups of friends, which could make for a fun time for the younger folks.
Here are some ideas I have brainstormed:
80s (especially good if combined with my sister – she loves the era)!
Camping/Outdoors – snacks, smores, fire in the backyard BBQ type affair
Now & Then (with embarassing pictures of the two of us from the time of our marriage and what we’re like now)
A version of Now & Then that also combos with an 80s theme…so it includes high school photos/etc. from 10 yrs. BEFORE we were married.
