For those who don’t know Illidan is branded as the “badguy”, heres why: He gave the Buring Legion incentive to try another invasion by creating a second Well of Eternity (out of his addiction to magic). This means that the invasion of the orcs, the birth of the Lich King, the rise of the Scourge, the fall of Quel’Thalas, The destruction of much of the human alliance, The battle for Mount Hyjal, and pretty much all of the events that happens in Warcraft is HIS fault.

Illidan’s bad, though he’s at best a hellion (A hoodlum.), but I honestly hate Malfurion. He’s my least favourite character in Warcraft, even above Varian and Garrosh. He allowed the Scourge to prosper just to reign in his delinquent brother and his demeanor smacks of self-righteousness. I’d love to see him answer for preventing Illidan from destroying the Frozen Throne.

Illidans the misunderstood guy. While the Burning Legion is no longer a risk, Nerzuls (Lich king) creators(Lords of the burning legion) still seek to take revenge on Nerzul for betraying them. Kiljaeden(Samekin of archimonde/demonlord) promises Illidan a place with the true commanders of the legion would he destroy the Frozen throne which he is trying. Nobody really knows what Illidan is doing, but Shando seses great damage to mother earth and stops him from using the Eye of Sargeras. ..I think

I really do not get it. What EXACTLY does Illidan do to become pegged as a bad guy? Besides what he did BEFORE he was thrown in jail.

If Illidan would have succeded, the scourge would have ended due to icecrown is destroyed with nerzul, and arthas becomes uncorupted, it causes pain to the druids, but sacrifices can bring great victories

correction…Illidan WAS a highborn…if you practiced arcane magic and were favor’d by Ashzara, if you read Illidan worked closely with her…Elves were all the same the only thing that made them seperate was one was adept to nature the other to arcane
